Since taking over this division, we have rebuilt the site and brand, growing from 5 employees to over 50, returned the site to traffic growth and scaled revenues significantly on our newly-built platform. Since taking over, revenue is up 72% and unique visitors are up 58%. One of our key focuses was to build Games.com into a true platform and diversify the revenue streams: display/video advertising, affiliate deals, 3rd party in-game ad products, microtransactions and subscriptions. A year into it, we have built a site with leading engagement: Avg. Min/Visit = 23.7 (#1 among top competitors), PV/UV = 40.0 (#2 among top competitors), and Visits/UV = 3.9 (#5 among top competitors).
